Horrible experience from the minute I called and spoke with them. They lack customer service skills, are unwilling so help their returning customers. This will be the last time I rent from them again. There are plenty if other rental car places which one can choose.
I'm so glad I checked into Budget rentals, I used to always go through Enterprise that was a bit closer to me, but more often that not, even if I reserved a certain size vehicle it wouldn't be availaibe. Well, not with Budget, each time I've rented it was there, with the correct size, and ready for pick-up! Also they are pet friendly which Enterprise is definitely not. Their prices are also very reasonable compared to any rental shop I've checked into! They also have a very convenient app you can download to make, modify,or cancel a reservation!
We reserved a really nice care in Miami and got an absolute piece of junk instead with the bumper all dented up, scratches all over the vehicle and the interior was disgusting and smelled. Called into customer service to get some type of resolution and was hung up on TWICE! I didn't curse or use inappropriate language and kept the conversations logical, but each time the customer services reps were rude and uncaring to my concerns and literally ended the call. Still in shock as to the whole situation and to the way the customer service treated me! Just disgusted right now and I wont forget it. Neither will anyone of our friends that travel!
Rented a car from Budget in Ohio. Returned the car, the counter person inspected the car upon return and said all was good. Three (YES 3) months later received a letter from budget stating the windshield was cracked and billed my credit card $190. Called their customer service line, rep said he would look in to but never received a return call and they put through the charge. Would give zero stars but required to give at least one to post review.
Rented a car to drive to North Carolina. Great price for a great car. Will do business with again
